Returns Policy

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, failure to do so may invalidate your guarantee. If you need to return a faulty item please contact us so as we can arrange the most suitable method of return.

Returning an unwanted item within 7 working days - 100% Money Back Guarantee

You are welcome to cancel any item ordered from TopMarkToys that you decide not to keep, provided you advise us of the cancellation in writing by post, email or fax within 7 working days (the statutory period) of receipt and return the items within 7 working days of you telling us about the cancellation.

Any returned item must be in its original packaging and with all original accessories and instructions. If your purchase has an extended guarantee this is provided by the manufacturer of the product, please contact them directly should you require assistance after the initial 12 month period has expired.

Whilst the items are in your possession you must ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way. You must return the complete item to us, suitably packed and with all the original manufacturers packaging, instructions and associated parts. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility, if we agree to collect the item we will make a charge for this. Refunds will be made by your original payment method or exceptionally by cheque at our sole discretion.

Returning an unwanted item after 7 working days

If you wish to return an item after the statutory period but within 30 days of purchase you must contact us in writing by post, email or fax to request a returns authorisation. Items must be returned to us in unused condition with all manufacturers seals intact. In this instance we will not refund any charges made for postage, gift wrapping or the return of the item. The cost of returning an item will be your responsibility, if we agree to collect the item we will make a charge for this. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, if we do so you will be advised of the reason for the charge. You must return the item within 7 working days of us issuing a returns authorisation.

If you wish to return an unwanted item after 30 days please request this in writing stating the full reason for return. Return authorisations requested outside the 30 day period are at the sole discretion of TopMarkToys and will be on a case by case basis. Purchases made in December will have their 30 day terms extended until the 24th January of the following year.

Disposal at the end of product life

As an environmentally responsible company TopMarkToys is fully compliant with 'The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006' and is a member of the WEEE Distributor Take Back Scheme operated by Valpak. Any items at the end of their life should be taken to a local authority domestic recycling facility.
