A: NONE! After dialling our free phone number 0800 0272 146 your call will be answered by a real person, no press 1 for this or press 2 for that. We take calls from morning ‘til night seven days a week – outside these times we do have voice mail and always return calls as quickly as possible.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

A: We always despatch orders within one working day with standard UK delivery taking place two to three days after that. So for example if you place your order over the weekend, it will be despatched on Monday with delivery taking place on Wednesday or Thursday.

Q: What if my order arrives whilst I’m out?

A: Don’t worry, orders to residential addresses are sent via The Home Delivery Network and every parcel we send has a tracking number making it very easy to re-arrange delivery.

Q: Do you have a Saturday delivery option?

A: Yes, but is only available for deliveries to the mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland). Please click here for further details

Q: I live in a remote area; do you charge more for delivery?

A: No, we don't. Regardless of your location whether that’s Highlands, Islands, IOM, IOW, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland Standard shipping is the same price.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived what do I do?

A: First of all ‘please don’t panic’ – let us know and we’ll sort it out. Either call us on free phone 0800 0272 146, email sales@topmarktoys.co.uk or log in to your account on the TopMarkToys website and send us a message – we’ll do the rest.

 Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we only ship to UK adresses.
